Consider approval of Resolution 2023-134R, objecting to the inclusion of any portion of the city limits of the City in the proposed Caldwell County Emergency Services District No. 5; consenting to the inclusion of territory within the city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction in such proposed emergency services district; and declaring an effective date.
