Consider approval of Resolution 2023-199R, approving a Memorandum of Understanding/Interlocal Agreement with Hays County for the use of the IPAWS (Integrated Public Alert Warning System) by City Emergency Management Officials as needed, authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the city, and declaring an effective date.
