Consider approval of Resolution 2023-18R, approving a Memorandum of Understanding with the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization and Texas Department of Transportation - Public Transportation Division determining mutual responsibilities in carrying out the Metropolitan Transportation Planning (MTP) process and meeting Federal Transit Administration requirements; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
