There is no provision in the Texas Public Information Act that requires the City to redact the telephone numbers from the survey form/petition. Nonetheless, for the purposes of agenda background information, telephone numbers could be redacted. However, if a public information request was made for the surveys, the surveys would be required to include the telephone numbers.
