Consider approval of Ordinance 2023-04, on the first of two readings, adopting fees to be charged by the City for various city services; providing a savings clause; providing for the repeal of any conflicting provisions; and providing an effective date.

Has any fee changed from what we saw the last time we discussed and reviewed fees?

Response provided by Elizabeth Ehlers, Assistant Director of Planning and Development Services:
No changes were made to any of the fees from our worksession discussion on December 14th. The only difference is we are suggesting maximums on 16 fees, as seen on page 595 of the packet.
