Item 18: San Marcos Development Code

Receive a Staff presentation and consider, by motion, the initial authorization of text amendments to the San Marcos Development Code to, among other things, address changes made in the 2023 Legislative Session, create a new business park zoning district, improve development processes, incorporate City Council direction for Code amendments, add clarity, and correct discrepancies within the Code.

On #5.5 and 5.6 there should be a hard return before Section 3.6.2.1 because it's the following block perimeter item, not the previous item which is Section 2.8.3.7 – Conditional Use Permit Renewal.

#5.13 shows "– (add something about what this is)" Sounds like a good idea!

Amanda Hernandez, Director of Planning & Development Services, has confirmed the table numbering to be 4.19.
