I see this:
Staff recommended approval of PDD-06-01(A) with the following conditions:
1. Exhibit J is provided for illustrative purposes and may be altered to conform with the San Marcos Development Code (SMDC)
2. The Block Requirements of SMDC Section 9.4.3.3.A shall apply
3. Transitional protective yard requirements of SMDC Section 7.2.2.2- 7.2.2.4 shall apply.

In which section of the agreement would I find these suggested items? I'm not finding them.

Are they related only to the proposed apartments?
