Consider approval of Resolution 2022-198R, approving an assignment of Electric Utility Easement to Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) Transmission Services Corporation, subject to the City’s reservation of rights to operate and maintain city electric distribution facilities in the easement; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the assignment of easement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
