Consider approval of Resolution 2022-25R, approving an Interlocal Agreement with the Alliance Regional Water Authority (ARWA) providing for joint participation in the design and construction of improvements related to the delivery of Carrizo Aquifer groundwater to San Marcos; authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
