Consider approval of Resolution 2023-154R, approving an agreement providing for the city to sell Edwards Aquifer Water on a temporary basis to the City of Kyle; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.

For what period of time is this agreement? I see Oct Nov Dec 2023.
We had one for part of 2022.
What about 2024?

We did have one for Oct-Dec 2022. This is a repeat request for Oct-Dec 2023.

There are no current plans for 2024 as the ARWA should take the pressure off.
