Hold discussion regarding the Ethics Review Commission Recommendation Resolution 2021-3, related to a Code Amendment that would add a definition for “Fair Market Value”

We will need to define “most recent certified appraisal roll” – Should be the calendar year prior to the report which IS the period of time covered.

Yes, it should be the value on the certified appraisal roll in effect for the calendar year covered by the disclosure.
