Receive a staff presentation and hold a public hearing to consider an appeal by Troy Turner of the decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission on March 8, 2022 to deny a request for Alternative Compliance (AC-22-01) to the protective yard installation requirements in Section 7.2.2.4 of the Development Code for a proposed development located at 312 Camacho Street.

Do we have any information about why the lot that was likely a SF home was rezoned and why?
Response provided by Amanda Hernandez, Assistant Director of Planning and Development Services:
Research indicates the smaller property was acquired and combined with the larger property in 1973, but we do not have any information on why the property was zoned.
