There have been various comments and questions staff and by members of council committees during recent council meetings on this topic so to address those issues I have prepared a few more amendments. I based these on the document in the packet, with those changes still marked. My new amendments are in track changes with BLUE highlight. I'll propose these amendments at the meeting. Should I not be able to attend, anyone else in agreement with these amendments may present these amendments for a vote.
