Hold a discussion of the current ordinance requirement of a needed super majority council vote to overturn a Planning and Zoning Commission recommendation of denial and provide direction to the City Manager.

I see in Sec. 211.006. a reference to show that a city MAY require "at least three-fourths" - does that mean we could not use 5 votes instead of the 6 required by the three-fourths option?
