Consider approval of Resolution 2023-140R, approving a one-year State Use Contract with Easter Seals-Central Texas as certified through WorkQuest, a State purchasing cooperative, for vegetation, litter control, and landscape maintenance in the estimated amount of $1,261,436.03; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute this agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
