Consider approval of Resolution 2023-XXXR, approving a contract with Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc., Austin, Texas; Texas Materials, Cedar Park, Texas; and Colorado Materials, LTD, San Marcos, TX for Road Building Materials in the combined annual amount of $3,000,000.00; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
