Consider approval of Resolution 2024-68R, approving an amended template for Standard City Board and Commission Bylaws in accordance with Section 2.073 of the San Marcos City Code; directing staff liaisons to boards and commissions to present such bylaws for adoption by their respective boards and commissions; and declaring an effective date.
