Item 25: Paid Parking in Rio Vista Park

Hold discussion regarding the Parks and Recreation Board Recommendation Resolution 2024-01RR-PRB, to request the City Council implement paid parking in Rio Vista Park; and provide direction to the City Manager.

Please provide a map of the area under discussion and exactly where the paid parking would be.

Under the rates, I see "Rio Vista Parking lot $25." Is that per day? Per half day? Per hour?

The intent is a flat fee of $25 so whether the user stays all day or only a few hours they would pay that rate.
