Consider approval of Resolution 2021-198R, accepting the award of the National Park Service’s Underrepresented Community Grant (UCG) in the amount of $30,000.00 to
provide for consultant services to complete historical surveys of the Calaboose African American Building, the Ulysses Cephas House and the Dunbar School Building;
authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute any and all documents as necessary to accept and implement the grant on behalf of the City as of an effective date
that aligns with the grant award; declaring an effective date.
