Consider approval of Resolution 2022-95R, approving a Change Order to the construction contract with Santa Clara Construction, Ltd. relating to the Blanco Gardens Improvements Project to decrease the contract price in the amount of $2,976,426.00; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the appropriate documents relating to the change order on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
