Consider approval, by motion, authorizing negotiations with HK Real Estate Development, LLC, to amend the Riverbend Ranch Development Agreement previously approved by City Council, in order to, among other things, address water utility service and incorporate additional variance, and consider the appointment of a Council Committee to review the aforementioned Development Agreement, if desired.
