Can we get more information on the project, where it stands, what they talked about before, what staff means by an "anticipated amendment"?
Also, it looks like Waterstone is a Lennar affiliate - can staff review the several court cases against this company and advise us on their reputation as builders?

Staff is working on an application for an industrial user across the street from Amazon. I have no knowledge of who they are planning to have build within the Development but can look in to it.
