Receive a Staff Presentation and hold a Public Hearing to receive comments for or against Ordinance 2021-76, annexing into the City approximately 22.58 acres of land, generally
located at the northwest corner of the Wonder World Dr and Hwy 123 intersection in Case No. AN-21-07; including procedural provisions; and providing an effective date; and consider approval of Ordinance 2021-76, on the first of two readings.

When does this change from EC to CM (or whatever we changed it to)?
I realize it was probably EC when they applied, but shouldn't we be using what is current in the code when we approve it?

When does this change from EC to CM (or whatever we changed it to)?
When placed on the zoning map we will use the “CM” color and code.
I realize it was probably EC when they applied, but shouldn't we be using what is current in the code when we approve it?
P&DS consulted with Legal on this and found it best to run it with what was applied for since the change to CM happened mid-way through their zoning process.
