Consider approval of Resolution 2021-180R, approving a Public Transit System Interlocal Agreement with the Capital Area Rural Transportation System (“CARTS”) for CARTS to provide transit services on behalf of the City in the San Marcos urbanized area, with a funding amount by the City not to exceed $2,200,00.00; authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring effective date.
