Receive a staff presentation and hold a Public Hearing to receive comments for or against Ordinance 2021-78, annexing into the City approximately 390.25 acres of land generally
located between Harris Hill Road and the future FM 110 north of Harris Hill Road, in Case No. AN-21-05; including procedural provisions; and providing an effective date; and consider approval of Ordinance 2021-78, on the first of two readings.

Please address the questions from Patty Coffey, 2600 Greenleaf, in the packet, about drainage. This was asked at the PZC meeting.

What are our plans for the Uhland Rd bridge?
Timeframe?
I found the Commission Recommendation. It's not where it used to be and I liked the information in the ARF.

There are not any plans on the horizon for Uhland Road bridge.
Please reference item 34 for projected timeline.
