Consider approval of Resolution 2022-150R, approving a three-year extension of a Property Use Agreement between the City and Texas State University for the City’s use of a parking area downtown and Texas State University’s use of a parking area along Charles Austin Drive; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute this agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
