Amend B to include "If a Council Member misses two meetings in a row, they will be removed from their service on a committee"
Article 5 Agendas -
clarify who decides an item is suited for an agenda at the committee level? The chair approves/signs off on every agenda, is it them or the staff liaison?
If it takes two people to put something on a committee agenda, why would they not just put it before the full of Council?
Add H. "Each agenda will include an item to consider the posting (Internal/posted access level) for the next meeting"
I added the first one.
I added a place for the second one so we can decide Staff Liaison, Chair, or both.
The content of the last one requested as "H" is already in "G."
