Consider approval of Resolution 2022-171R, authorizing a renewal and amendment to the agreement with WEX Bank, through a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Sourcewell, to increase the annual amount from $800,000.00 to $1,300,000.00 for a Fuel Card Management System to provide fuel for various City vehicles; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the renewal and amended agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
