It looks like a word or comma or dash is missing from this sentence, page 328 of the packet, page 23 of the policy.
"According to the Safe Harbor Provision Spanish would be the only language needed to be translated for vital documents." This is repeated on page 25 of the policy.
Thank you Mayor, punctuation (missing commas) will be corrected on pgs. 23 & 25.
Same page- Language Line Services – are the costs shown the cost to the city? Is there an intended cost for the resident? Also on page 26.
Language Lines Services costs are to the City. Residents will incur no costs.
