Consider approval of Resolution 2023-193R, approving a funding agreement with the Hays County Food Bank in the amount of $200,000.00 from American Rescue Plan funds for the purpose of establishing a new facility which will support the recovery of the Community from COVID-19; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
