Consider approval of Resolution 2022‑257R, granting a Pipeline and Right‑of‑Way Easement for Alliance Regional Water Authority (“ARWA”) for a water transmission pipeline and related facilities that will serve the City and its partners in ARWA; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute easement; and declaring an effective date.
