Consider approval of Resolution 2022‑259R, approving a two year commercial ground lease of property at the San Marcos Regional Airport with Gryphon aviation, inc., doing business as Texas State Aviation; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the lease on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
